Every request, wherever it starts.

MCP server

Your agents can work the board too.

Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client. Ask in plain words, and your agent searches, merges, plans and closes the loop in Feedovate, with your permissions.

How it works
A developer fixes a CSV export bug in their editor, then asks their coding agent who asked for it. The agent looks it up in Feedovate over MCP: 31 customers, $9.2k MRR. Asked to ship it, the agent marks the request shipped, drafts the changelog and emails all 31 customers.

Ask Claude about your feedback…
Shipped

When it ships, everyone who asked hears.

Every customer who asked, voted or followed a request gets an email when its status changes, and the release lands in your changelog. The loop closes without a single manual follow-up.

Questions, answered.

What is Feedovate?

Feedovate is a customer feedback tool for SaaS teams. It gathers requests from a public board, an in-app widget, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk and AI agents, helps you prioritize them by value, effort and the revenue behind them, syncs the work with Linear or Jira, and tells every customer who asked when it ships.

How does Feedovate prioritize requests?

Your team scores each request for value and effort, and Feedovate adds the revenue and number of customers asking from your own customer data. The result is a priority score and a value and effort matrix, so quick wins and big bets are easy to spot.

How much does Feedovate cost?

Starter is $39 a month and Pro is $79 a month, or two months free when you pay yearly. Enterprise is priced per contract. Every plan includes AI credits and unlimited end users.

Can AI agents work with Feedovate?

Yes. The Feedovate MCP server lets Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other MCP clients search and summarize requests, merge duplicates and update statuses, with the same permissions as the person who connected it. Agent calls never use AI credits.

Which tools does Feedovate integrate with?

Linear and Jira for two-way issue sync, Slack for capturing requests and notifications, Intercom and Zendesk for turning conversations into requests, GitHub for linking issues, and Zapier for everything else.

Do customers need an account to give feedback?

They can sign in with Google or an email address, or post without signing in if you allow anonymous feedback. Customers already signed in to your app are recognized through the widget, so they never sign in twice.

Your next release is already in your backlog.

Your first workspace starts with 7 days of Pro, no card needed.
