# 7 best Productboard alternatives in 2026

By Feedovate team. Updated November 3, 2026.

Productboard is a product management suite: a hierarchy from goals down to features, roadmaps for several teams, and an AI agent called Spark. It's priced per maker with a five-maker minimum, so the smallest Business plan is $295 a month billed yearly, and you buy it after a demo. If what you mostly need is customer feedback tied to a roadmap, that's a lot of tool.

If that's why you're looking, the short answer:

- **For customer feedback and a public roadmap at a flat price:** Feedovate.
- **For strategy, roadmaps and releases in one suite:** Aha!.
- **For internal B2B feedback with revenue from your CRM:** Harvestr.

We make Feedovate, so it's first on this list, and it has its own trade-offs below. Every other tool is described from its own website, and every price was read off its pricing page on the date shown.

## The alternatives at a glance

| Tool | Best for | Priced on | Starts at | Main trade-off |

## Why teams look for a Productboard alternative

**The minimum bill is high.** Productboard Business is $59 per maker a month billed yearly, or $75 monthly, with at least five makers:

| Makers | Productboard Business, yearly | Feedovate |
| ------ | ----------------------------- | -------------- |
| 1–5 | $295/month | $39–$79/month |
| 8 | $472/month | $79/month, Pro |
| 10 | $590/month | $79/month, Pro |

Productboard's figures come from its help center; its pricing page shows no price. Feedovate Pro includes up to 10 team seats per workspace.

**You buy it through sales.** Business starts with a demo request and Enterprise with a sales call. There's no plan you can start on your own.

**It's built for product managers, not customers.** The power is in the hierarchy, the planning views and the AI agent. Teams whose main need is hearing from customers, ranking what they ask for and telling them when it ships often use a fraction of it.

## What to look for in a Productboard alternative

- **Who uses it.** Several PMs planning across teams need a suite; one product team listening to customers needs a feedback tool.
- **What the price scales on,** and whether you can start without a sales call.
- **Prioritization.** Can you weigh requests by value, effort and the revenue of the customers asking?
- **Your issue tracker.** If you work in Linear or Jira, check whether status syncs both ways.
- **A customer-facing portal.** Can customers post, vote and follow what happens to their idea?
- **What you'd lose.** If you rely on Productboard's hierarchy or Salesforce integration, check the alternative has an answer.

## 1. Feedovate

Feedovate is a customer feedback tool for SaaS teams. Customers post and vote on ideas in your portal, your team ranks requests by value, effort and the revenue of the customers asking, and a public roadmap and changelog close the loop. We build it, so weigh this entry with that in mind.

**Best for:** B2B SaaS teams that want to prioritize by revenue at a price that doesn't follow their customers.

**Standout features**

- Unlimited end users on every plan. You pay for your team's seats.
- Value and effort scores on every request, and on Pro the revenue and number of customers asking.
- Two-way Linear and Jira sync on Pro: move the issue and the request follows.
- A changelog that emails every customer who asked when their request ships.
- Requests from Slack and a REST API, and an MCP server so AI agents such as Claude Code or Cursor can work with your feedback.
- AI tagging, summaries and reply drafts on every plan, and duplicate detection that costs no credits.

**Pricing:** Starter is $39 a month (one workspace, 3 team seats, 1,000 AI credits). Pro is $79 a month (up to 3 workspaces with 10 seats each, 4,000 AI credits, revenue data, segments, Linear and Jira, custom domain). Two months free when you pay yearly. Your first workspace starts with 7 days of Pro, no card needed.

**Trade-offs**

- No free plan.
- Nothing to embed inside your app yet, and no live chat, surveys or bug reporting.
- No one-click importer yet. We help you move by email.
- A shorter integration list than older tools: Linear, Jira, Slack, an MCP server and a REST API.

**Compared with Productboard:** customer feedback, prioritization and a public roadmap at a flat price you can start today. Productboard is ahead on product hierarchy and planning across teams. [Feedovate vs Productboard in detail](https://feedovate.com/alternatives/productboard-alternative).

## 2. Aha! Ideas

Aha! Ideas is the idea management part of the Aha! suite: branded portals, scorecards and AI theme discovery, with ideas promoted into Aha! Roadmaps.

**Best for:** Teams linking customer ideas to strategy and roadmaps in one suite.

**Standout features**

- Branded ideas portals with unlimited portal users.
- Scorecards for need, strategy, effort and confidence.

- Ideas promote straight into Aha! Roadmaps.

**Pricing:** Ideas Essentials is $39 and Ideas Advanced $59 per user a month billed yearly ($49 and $74 monthly), three users minimum. A 30-day trial of Advanced, no card. From Aha!'s pricing page, checked November 3, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- Per user with a three-user minimum, and reviewer roles need paid seats.
- CRM and Jira integrations, proxy votes, AI analysis and branded domains are on Advanced.
- No changelog in Ideas, and Linear isn't listed.

**Compared with Productboard:** the closest like-for-like suite, priced per user with a three-user minimum instead of five makers.

## 3. Canny

Canny is one of the best-known feedback boards, and now calls itself an "AI-powered customer feedback platform". Its Autopilot pulls feature requests out of support conversations, sales calls and review sites, merges duplicates and files them for your team.

**Best for:** Teams with a modest user base that want a long-established board and AI that captures feedback for them.

**Standout features**

- Autopilot captures feedback from support tickets, sales calls and review sites, merges duplicates and summarizes threads, with every action logged and reversible.
- Canny Ideas, added in 2026, groups what Autopilot finds into internal ideas and insights before you publish anything.
- A portal, roadmap and changelog on every plan.
- One of the longest integration lists in the category, including Linear, Jira and Slack, and an MCP server.

**Pricing:** Free for 25 tracked users. Pro starts at $79 a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 100 tracked users and rises with your count. Business is priced on request. From Canny's pricing page, checked November 3, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- The price follows tracked users, including people Autopilot logs. Pass your tier and you're upgraded automatically, unless you set a spend limit.
- CRM integrations and single sign-on are on Business, priced on request.
- Ranking by revenue depends on those Business integrations.

**Compared with Productboard:** a customer feedback board rather than a planning suite, and you can start on your own. [Canny vs Productboard](https://feedovate.com/alternatives/canny-vs-productboard).

## 4. Harvestr

Harvestr is a B2B product discovery tool: it gathers feedback from every source, syncs revenue from your CRM and helps the team score opportunities. It's an internal tool and describes no public voting portal.

**Best for:** B2B teams centralizing feedback with revenue from their CRM.

**Standout features**

- A feedback hub that gathers every source and categorizes it with AI.
- Revenue synced from your CRM to size each opportunity.
- Custom scores such as RICE, and prioritization by persona, region and account tier.
- Linear and Jira to create and link issues.

**Pricing:** Core is $65 and Scale $85 per editor a month billed yearly ($79 and $99 monthly), and Elite is custom. A 14-day trial of Scale, no card. From Harvestr's pricing page, checked October 2, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- No public portal for customers to post and vote.
- Paid per editor, with synced customers capped: 1,000 on Core, 5,000 on Scale.
- AI usage is capped per month, and SAML SSO and automations are Elite-only.

**Compared with Productboard:** priced per editor, centered on gathering B2B feedback from your CRM and help desk rather than on roadmap planning.

## 5. Featurebase

Featurebase began as a feedback board and now leads with AI support: a help desk, live chat, a help center and an AI agent, with feedback boards, a roadmap and a changelog alongside.

**Best for:** Teams that want support and product feedback in one suite.

**Standout features**

- Feedback boards, a roadmap and a changelog, with requests sortable by revenue, impact, or value and effort.
- Feedback 2.0, released in September 2026, uses AI to group raw feedback into requests linked to insights.
- An AI agent that answers customers across channels, plus a help desk inbox and a help center.
- Surveys, product tours and in-app feedback collection.
- Linear and Jira links that bring status back, and Salesforce on Professional and up.

**Pricing:** A free plan for one seat and one board. Growth is $29, Professional $59 and Enterprise $99 per seat a month, billed yearly, with a 10-day trial and no card. On top: $0.49 per resolved AI conversation, and $69 a month to remove branding. From Featurebase's pricing page and help center, checked November 3, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- Per seat since December 2025, so the bill grows with your team.
- Usage is billed on top of seats: AI resolutions, outbound messages, translations and extra AI copilot capacity.
- SAML SSO and SCIM are Enterprise-only.
- Much of the product is support. A feedback-only team uses part of it.

**Compared with Productboard:** cheaper per seat and self-serve, with a help desk built in, but no product hierarchy.

## 6. UserJot

UserJot pairs feedback boards, a roadmap and a changelog with newer support features: live chat and Juno, an AI support agent, both in beta.

**Best for:** Teams that want unlimited team members at a low flat price.

**Standout features**

- Boards, a roadmap that emails voters when a status changes, and a changelog linked to the requests it closes.
- A free plan with unlimited end users and posts, 2 boards and 3 team members.
- Importers for Canny and Nolt, plus CSV.
- An MCP server for coding agents.
- One script embeds chat, feedback, the roadmap and updates in your app.

**Pricing:** A free plan, then Starter at $29 and Professional at $59 a month, with 14 days free before the first charge. From UserJot's pricing page, checked November 3, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- Ranking is votes plus trending and stale flags, with no scoring or revenue weighting.
- One integration on Starter. Its pages name Slack, and don't list Linear or Jira.
- SSO and removing branding are on Professional.
- Live chat and Juno are in beta, without a price yet.

**Compared with Productboard:** a fraction of the cost for teams that mainly need a feedback portal and a public roadmap.

## 7. Frill

Frill is a flat-priced feedback tool with ideas, a roadmap, announcements and surveys, all of which can be embedded in your product.

**Best for:** Teams that want NPS and CSAT surveys next to their feedback board.

**Standout features**

- A prioritization matrix that plots ideas on benefit and cost, using your own factors, on every plan.
- Smart Merge for duplicates, and similar ideas suggested as people type.
- A roadmap per topic that emails voters when an idea ships, plus announcements.
- NPS, CSAT and poll surveys.
- An AI inbox in early access that pulls requests out of Slack, Jira and Linear, and an MCP server.

**Pricing:** Startup is $25, Business $49, Growth $149 and Enterprise $349 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card. Paid plans include unlimited admins and end users. From Frill's pricing page, checked November 3, 2026.

**Trade-offs**

- Startup stops at 50 ideas and one survey of each type.
- Private boards and white labeling need Growth at $149, or an add-on.
- Revenue isn't part of the ranking.
- Its integrations page doesn't say whether Jira and Linear sync both ways.

**Compared with Productboard:** a flat-priced board with a roadmap and surveys, for teams that don't need planning across many teams.

## How to choose

| If you need… | Pick |

| Many teammates on a small budget | UserJot |
| NPS and CSAT surveys beside your board | Frill |
| Several PMs planning roadmaps across teams | Productboard |

## When to stay with Productboard

Productboard is still the right tool when several product managers plan roadmaps across many teams, when you want a product hierarchy from goals down to features, or when you need Salesforce (on Enterprise) or Azure DevOps connected to feedback.

## Moving from Productboard

1. **Separate feedback from planning.** Decide which notes and insights are customer requests to move, and which roadmap plans stay with your planning tool.
2. **Export what matters.** Most teams move open requests with the customers attached, and leave the archive.
3. **Reconnect your tracker** and check that status changes flow the way you expect.
4. **Open the portal** so customers can post and vote, and tell them where to find it.
